Personal Profile
2009年博士毕业于中国科学院计算技术研究所,2011年于清华大学自动化系博士后出站,2011-2013年于北京数码视讯战略研究院任首席科学家,2013年起在华中科技大学开展工作,2018年当选IET Fellow,是IEEE/SPIE Senior Member。主要从事以视觉感知与计算为核心的计算机视觉、计算光场科学研究及其在灾害态势感知、交互式媒体系统、医学影像系统等方面的应用研究工作,主持和参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、湖北省重点研发计划、江苏省前沿引领技术基础研究重大项目、武汉市卫健委、企业重点科技攻关等项目30余项。在国内外重要的期刊、会议上发表学术论文134篇,获中美发明专利授权45项,国际PCT专利7项。获教育部技术发明一等奖1项、教育部科技进步二等奖1项、云南省科技进步二等奖1项、CSIG技术发明二等奖1项、机械工业科技进步二等奖1项,国际学会奖3项,指导学生获中国国际大学生创新创业(原“互联网+”)竞赛全国金奖、挑战杯全国金奖各1项,获全国卓越工程师培养改革优秀案例1项。是中国图象图形学学会“科普优秀工作者”,2015、2022年两次获联合国UNITAR与中国商务部CIFAL“杰出贡献”表彰,2018、2024年分获伊拉克驻华大使馆奖杯、表彰函,2022、2023年两次获牛津大学表彰函。现任中国图象图形学学会图象视频处理与通信专委会秘书长、湖北省科普教育基地主任、中国图象图形学学会电子信息“一带一路”科普教育基地主任、中国科协“应急态势感知与应急通信技术”决策咨询专家团队首席科学家、武汉医学影像技术研究会第五届理事会副理事长、湖北省研究生工作站主任、长三角智能安防协同创新中心专家委员会委员、河北省专网通信技术协同创新中心技术指导委员会委员、国家高端智能化家用电器创新中心核心芯片技术分委会委员、华中科技大学研究生教学工作委员会委员、视联网山东省工程中心副主任等;是全国创新争先奖评委、IET全球创新奖董事会成员;是国际期刊Optics Continuum (2023-)、Journal of Electronic Imaging (2021-)、IEEE Access(2018-2024)、IET Image Processing(2018-)、PLoS ONE(2015-2022)的Associate Editor,是Neurocomputing(2014-2016)、Multimedia Tools and Applications(2023-2024)期刊的客座编委,国际会议MMSP2023、ICIMCS 2013/ 2014、MMM 2014/2020、ICME 2014、CVRS2015、VCIP2016/2020、ICASSP2024/2019、MMSP 2023立体视频专委会主席、ICIMCS 2016执委会委员。
