Personal Profile

尹海帆,电子信息与通信学院教授,博士生导师,第28届中国青年五四奖章获得者,2015年法国巴黎高科电信学院博士毕业,曾在华为担任高级预研工程师,对华为以及移动通信产业做出过突出贡献。尹博士长期从事5G核心技术Massive MIMO的研究并取得了极具国际影响力的成果。发表在领域顶级期刊IEEE JSAC上的一篇论文在国际学术界产生重要影响,解决了5G中Massive MIMO的本质性瓶颈问题——导频污染,连续10年入选ESI高被引论文,Massive MIMO提出者、IEEE三大协会主席、欧美多位院士等多次引用并高度评价。同时,尹博士在5G移动性方面的研究瞄准产业界痛点和难点,再次解决了5G在实地部署中遇到的关键挑战——移动性诅咒,使无线通信系统在移动环境下的性能可逼近静止环境。该成果入选2020年度华中科技大学重大学术进展。尹海帆博士的研究成果在工业界也产生重要影响,算法落地华为无线产品线、多项成果被应用于5G国际通信标准中。

尹海帆带领团队赢得2021年中国工程院创新潜力奖全国冠军,并被推荐代表中国参加国际工程院理事会组织的“CAETS宣传奖”国际评选,团队相关论文赢得通信领域国际顶级期刊IEEE TCOM年度唯一最佳论文奖——莱斯奖。尹海帆作为第一指导老师带领学生团队赢得“挑战杯”竞赛主体赛全国特等奖全国一等奖各一项、中国国际大学生创新大赛主赛道全国金奖、中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛主赛道全国金奖(参赛作品湖北省唯一入选大赛科技成果展)、全国大学生创新创业年会改革成果类项目最高奖等奖项。由于在大学生创新创业训练计划中取得的成就,尹海帆获评“国创计划”十五周年荣誉奖项“最佳导师奖”,并应邀作为获奖代表(全国共2人,排1)在第十五届大创年会上发表演讲。
